Serkan is fast, reliable, honest, careful, smart, reasonably priced and just an all-round great guy. My 2016 Acer V17 Nitro laptop is notoriously difficult to repair due to its design - there are plenty of horror videos of it breaking on the web. But Mr "Sure Can Do" Serkan has fitted new SSDs to it twice for me, no problem. He even cleaned it and fitted new drivers. I'm glad I found him.
I had a great experience here with Serkan, great customer service and quick turn around. Fixed the keyboard of my thinkpad laptop, was ready less than 1 day after I handed it in. Highly recommend.
