Serkan has repaired my laptop more than once and each time I was very impressed with his professionalism. He went above and beyond by recording the entire process of repairing my laptop and uploading it to youtube so I could be sure of the work. He always gave a succinct explanation of the problem and in one case where I had to return the laptop for further work he offered to cover the postage. When my laptop couldn't be repair he refunded the cost of previous work done. 10/10 would work with again
Outstanding service from the first phone call, the arranged carrier service to and from Adelaide, and the work to repair liquid damage. The computer was back in transit just under 24 hours after it reached SureCanDo. Communication from Serkan was excellent. Much faster than I expected given the freight time. Absolutely recommended. Saved me thousands for a new machine.
Serkan has fixed my laptop which I thought was beyond help. The power circuit had failed and it refused to turn on, the charger did nothing and I was fairly sure it was bricked but he's managed to bring it back to life. It took a while due to the individual chip not being available but once it arrived he fixed it promptly, tested it well and then returned it to me. The price was good for the service I received. The only downside I experienced was delays in shipping on the replacement parts which meant it took a while but for the price and quality of repairs I am more than happy. Thanks Serkan!

Incredible service. Speedy and effective repairs done on a fantastically tight turn around. He had my battery fully installed the morning after it arrived and also did some wonderful software updating.
Serkan is very responsible and capable of identifying the laptop issues. His lab is in a great shape with all the equipment, he helped me to resolve some of the critical issues (thermal) within 24 hours. Highly recommended. His response time on phone/email is very good.

Serkan is fast, reliable, honest, careful, smart, reasonably priced and just an all-round great guy. My 2016 Acer V17 Nitro laptop is notoriously difficult to repair due to its design - there are plenty of horror videos of it breaking on the web. But Mr "Sure Can Do" Serkan has fitted new SSDs to it twice for me, no problem. He even cleaned it and fitted new drivers. I'm glad I found him.
